On behalf of Canada Bay Council, offered for lease by tender the Kokoda Cafe. Situated in the north-western corner of Rhodes Park, Concord West.

Rhodes Park is approximately 3.8 hectares of public reserve owned by Council and is located east of Concord Road adjoining the Parramatta River. Concord Repatriation General Hospital is located on the south, Rhodes Business Park is closely situated on the west side of Concord Road as well as Brays Bay Reserve adjoining to the north. The park commands a view to the Parramatta River.

The Kokoda Cafe has an internal area of circa 83.9sqm and an additional 78.2 sqm for outdoor dining. The Caf&aecute; will be leased as a cold shell and the tenant will be required to undertake additional fitout works prior to operating.

Council is offering a 5 x 5 year lease, subject to assessment under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Council is seeking an operator who can demonstrate the following qualities:

-Interaction with the surrounds and local community
-Values and supports the importance of Kokoda commemorations
