The cafe is a new offering for this iconic precinct and is ideally located within the heart of Concord Oval, with an external frontage to Loftus Street. The Concord Oval Cafe has been well positioned to cater for a diverse range of market needs. The Concord Oval precinct is undergoing significant change with both the local population and visitation set to increase with the adoption of the Parramatta Road Urban Transformation corridor and the Burwood North Metro Station planned in close proximity to this site.
